Let go of those things. The things you think about over and over. Things you can not change or forget. Not just bad memories, but good ones too. People are in our lives for a reason. Realize who is going to be there forever. Who do you want to be there forever? Time may change me, but I can’t change time. Appreciate every gift you are given and every person with a good heart. Forgive, forget, and know that it’s just another day. 

This is my inspiration. The song. The lyrics. These two beautiful voices combining. It’s moving.

So maybe you aren’t the person you want to be right now. But change is not that hard. Making that first change is the scariest part. Always treasure the people around you and keep those you care about close. Life happens, but don’t throw away good friendships. It doesn’t matter how alike you are with somebody. It matters that they care about you and support the decisions you make. Be around people who make you happy. Look forward to tomorrow because it’s just another day.
